Winemaking: Careful selection on the vine, the grapes were complety picked and crushed. After pre-fermenting pellicular contact with cold for 48 hours, fermentation took place in stainless steel vats under controlled temperatures and with a total soaking for over 40 days, but without great extractions.
Tasting Notes: It shows a lovely red, slightly violet colour. The intense aromas are dominated by red fruit, floral notes and spices. Intense and with a very characteristic profile, it is a persistent wine, with a fresh, drawn-out ending.
Store and Serve Advices: Storage Lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
Food Pairing: It is ideal for accompanying roasted goat meat, mutton, chicken rice.
