Winemaking:
100% destemmed grapes fermented for 10 days in self-vinifiers and stainless steel vats with temperature control. Maceration of the skin for 15 days. Malolactic fermentation. Stabilization. Partial wood maturation for 9 months in Portuguese oak barrels (medium toast).

Touriga Nacional, Tinta Roriz, Touriga Franca, Sousão

Test results:
Color Dark violet eyeshadow. Elegant with good complexity, notes of chocolate, spices, ripe red fruits with good intensity, smoke notes well mixed with light floral notes that give harmony. Elegant showing a correct balance. Good volume, well structured and round tannins. Persistent and pleasant finish, with toasted notes, providing a very pleasant feeling.

Store and serve advice:
It should be served at a temperature of 16ºC to 18ºC.

Pairing with food:
Excellent with roasted or grilled fatty fish, dry cod dishes, grilled meat.
