Test results:
The wine has a dark, closed ruby color. The nose is dominated by black and red fruits and accompanied by wood. Vegetable and black pepper is still perceived. It is a wine with evolving and involving aromas. In the mouth it is a dry wine, not very full-bodied, but with some concentration. It has soft tannins and low acidity. The finish is of medium length, increased plant and acidity.
Store and Serve Advice:
Storage Lying at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18°C.
Pairing with food:
It is best accompanied by cheese, meat and more Mediterranean food.
