Guyot Tinto comes from a single plot with more than 100 years in a field blend, with more than 60 varieties, at 450 meters of altitude, in schist soils.

Philosophy: Expressing the richness of a unique terroir in an elegant and complex wine

VINIFICATION
Manual harvest in boxes of 20Kg. Reception with total destemming.
Fermentation conducted with indigenous yeasts in granite mills with treading on foot at controlled temperature, in order to obtain a slow fermentation

INTERNSHIP
500 liter French oak barrels for 18 months

TEST RESULTS
Opaque garnet color with violet streaks. Aroma of wild fruit and black plum wrapped in notes of vanilla. In the mouth very complex and balanced with the barrel very well integrated showing some notes of smoke, remarkable structure with silky tannins, fresh and lasting finish.
