Winemaking:
Pre-fermentative maceration, temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel vats, post-fermentative maceration. Part of the batch aged for a short period in third-grade extra-fine oak barrels.

Test results:
Deep violet red color. On the nose, it emphasizes ripe red fruit and cherry jam in harmony with the spicy notes from the grape varieties used. The wooden stage offers sweet notes of vanilla and coffee. It is full-bodied, structured and elegant. In the mouth the intense notes of red fruits and chocolate stand out, the finish is long with quality tannins.

Store and serve advice:
Storage Lay at a temperature of 15 ° C. Serve at a temperature of 16 ° C to 18 ° C.
