Grapes from different plots of the Quinta with different altitudes and exposures. All grapes are harvested by hand in 20 kg boxes. After a complete destemming and light crushing, they moved to stainless steel vats where they fermented. Partial aging (40%) in Portuguese and French oak barrels for about 12 months. The remaining wine (60%) remains in stainless steel until the final blend. Vineyards with an average age of 30 years.
