Vinification: Night harvest in order to maintain the physical and aromatic integrity of the berries. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel at a controlled temperature with subsequent pressing in a pneumatic press.
Stage: In stainless steel vats for at least 6 months and bottle for 2 months. The wine is bottled without stabilization so as not to affect its potential for evolution, being subject to creating a slight natural deposit during the bottle aging.
Tasting Notes: Ruby color, red fruit aromas, with good definition and some balsamic notes with nuances of dark chocolate and tobacco leaf. In the mouth it is fresh, with good acidity, with very ripe and balanced tannins, finishes with a silky, elegant finish with medium persistence.
Gastronomic Suggestions: Ajuda red is a wine to be consumed daily, to accompany all types of meat dishes, dry cheeses or soft pasta.
