Pale, pink color with delicate aromas of cherry and strawberry, slight citric touch. On the palate fruity notes go along with refreshing acidity and a delicate finish.

Winemaking:
The harvest took place in the second week of September. The grapes were picked up by hand, into small boxes of 18Kg, according to a careful selection of the best grapes in the vineyard. The grapes were totally destemmed and pumped gently into a pneumatic press. A must was cooled and decanted to low temperature for 24h. Fermentation took place in stainless steel vat with a controlled temperature of 16 ºC for 3 weeks.
