Capel Moai is 100% produced with Moscatel Pisco grapes and aged in American oak. This Pisco is superior in both aroma and flavor. The color of this product is intense and bright amber, has an aroma of delicate fruits, with a touch of fine wood very well balanced on the palate. A perfect product in a perfect bottle. Pisco is the name of two different varieties of grape brandy, produced in Peru and Chile. It is fundamentally based on the distillation of must from grapes. It is a pre-Hispanic (Quechua) term whose origin goes back to the "Villa de Pisco" currently located on the coast of Peru, Quechua name meaning "bird" or "bird", was founded in 1640, in the vicinity of indigenous settlement of the same name.
