The slow and natural aging of this brandy in French limousin oak casks for at least 5 years, develops surprising aromatic richness, flavors and colors, keeping the initial essence of the wine without losing its true pleasant taste, concentrating rich floral aromas and ending with a touch of vanilla, marking São Domingos' own style. Aroma with toasted notes, dried fruits on a balsamic background, with resinous notes. In the mouth it maintains austere style with a sweet finish.
