Adega Velha 12 years XO is a brandy that presents us with a magnificent amber color. The aroma is very rich and complex, marked by notes of berries and dried fruits with wood grain. It gives us a silky texture, aromatic complexity and a striking and long finish.

Details regarding preparation: The grapes, selected for their high acidity and low sugar content, are the source of light and balanced. Then, subjected to two charentais Stills slowly and carefully distilled, it collected in the cognac region of France. After the distillation process, the liquor is subjected to a process of delaying aging in French oak casks brought from the Limousin region, and the final batch has an average age of 12 years.
