Vinos de Jerez Osborne RARE VORS. Founded in 1790, this solera commemorates the arrival of the order of Capuchin monks in Jerez. More than two centuries later, this Palo Cortado embodies the heritage of a whole region.
PRODUCTION AND AGEING
This wine was aged biologically under a veil of flor for 8 to 14 years, becoming an amontillado, before later being designated as Palo Cortado. The whole collection of butts is divided into five criaderas.
Aged in the traditional system of criaderas and soleras. With time, evaporation has made the wine more concentrated and it has gained in complexity.
