THE WINE
Origin: Grapes from the extreme south-east of the Douro region
Superior, in a shale / granite transition zone at an altitude of 650 m, with predominant exposure to the North.

VINIFICATION
Reception with total destemming, followed by very soft pressing (only the must-tear was used). Clarification at 7 ° C for 3 days.

Fermentation
in stainless steel vats at about 15 ° C.

INTERNSHIP
5 months in stainless steel vats with batonnage (3 months).

TEST RESULTS

Aroma: Notes of pomegranate, raspberry and strawberry.

Taste: Good volume and round in the mouth, with a long and dry finish.
