In the 19th century, due to the catastrophic appearance of powdery mildew, downy mildew and phylloxera, viticulturists were forced to make associations, between vines and olive groves, to survive. But in the 20th century, the creation of cooperative wineries gave them a new lease of life and made the culture of vine and wine revived. It is in this context that AcR was founded, in 1956, by a group of 14 winegrowers, confirming the Alentejo wine potential in the 1980s. Today Adega is one of the largest wine producers in the Alentejo Region, bringing together about two hundred of producers, that is, about 95% of the sub-region of Redondo.

Vinified using the latest fermentation techniques with controlled temperature.

Deep ruby color, clean aromas and flavors, it is young and lively, reminiscent of fresh grapes, with a round and velvety flavor.
